REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND RULES

  • Registration/Admission Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office.
  • Incomplete or illegible Registration / Admission forms, without photographs will not be processed / accepted.
  • Dates for test / interviews/interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.
  • Mere issue of form or registration does not imply admission which is subject to Admission test / interviews/interaction and also to the availability of seats.
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar card and Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority must accompany the Registration / Admission Form for classes Nursery,LKG and UKG. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of birth certificate. T.C. from recognized school, countersigned by CBSE / State education Officer and photocopy or report card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form of Classes and above.


NON-REFUND OF FEES

  • Fee once paid is not refundable for any reason whatsoever.


WTHDRAWAL RULES

  • One month's notice period is required for withdrawal before the end of the term/academic session (31st March) failing which he/she may have to deposit the fees for the next two months.
  • No withdrawal is possible unless all the dues are paid and no refund from thedeposited amount is possible in any case
  • Clearance must be obtained from library in-charge before applying for withdrawal.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued after 07 days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.


RIGHT OF ALTERATION/MODIFICATION

  • The management reserve the right to modify, alter and/or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution.
  • Pratibha Vihaar Academy reserves the right to change the Fee Structure.


PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT

Tuition fee for the whole year will be taken in the month April, May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb & March.

The Fee is to be paid by 10th of the above mentioned months in cash/cheque and thereafter with late fee of Rs. 50/- per month per instance and cheque bouncing charges will be levied @ Rs. 250/- per instances.
